If your organization needs a quick and to-the point assessment of your existing strategies, we can conduct Strategy Checkups. Our service suite includes from a one-day long “Strategy Checkmarks” diagnostic to a broad ranged “Strategy Excellence Check”.

The “Strategy Checkmarks” study is quite intense and incorporates face-to-face conversations with C-level executives where we go through strategy development and execution checklists. The “Strategy Excellence Check”, on the other hand, is based on a one-week program which includes strategy documentation review, face-to-face meetings and workshops with different layers of management.
