Consultant / Senior Consultant

Consultants and Senior Consultants are active participants in analyzing and delivering solutions for our Clients. At StratejiLab, Consultants are given growth opportunities from day-one. They are expected to use their research and analysis skills to drive insights, identify alternative solutions and determine the best applicable solution option for our Clients. Based on their level of experience, they assume Client facing responsibilities as well.

Requirements for this position include:

• BA/BS degree from a reputable university
• MBA degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a consulting environment (Consultant position), 3-4 years of experience for Senior Consultant position
• Fluency in English
• Excellent research skills
• Succinct and organized writing skills
• Superior out-of-the box thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to synthesize and communicate findings to StratejiLab teams and Clients
• Proven oral communication skills with strong personal presence
• Good interpersonal skills
• Efficient time and process management

• Good work ethic and professionalism
