Ece Altay Orhun

Ece Altay-Orhun is the founder of StratejiLab. She has extensive international and local experience with Strategy Development and Strategy Execution. Her assignments have spanned 20+ countries across four continents. During her career in USA and Turkey, she has completed assignments across a diverse set of industries including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, durable goods, construction products, automotive, food & beverages, banking & insurance, media & publishing. She has been a featured speaker on Corporate and Competitive Strategy on several occasions.

Prior founding StratejiLab, she was leading the Strategy Consulting practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Turkey. At PwC, she advised senior executives of leading and high potential Turkish companies on a variety of issues including corporate

& business unit strategy, value chain optimization, brand & portfolio strategy, market analysis, go-to-market strategy, sales optimization, strategic planning and balanced scorecard development. At PwC, Ece was leading the Turquality® projects. Prior to PwC, she was the Corporate Strategy Director at Gate Gourmet’s headquarters in Virginia, USA- the world’s largest provider of airline catering and provisioning services. Previously, as a Manager at Kaiser Associates in Washington, DC, an international strategy consulting company, Ece advised Fortune 500 companies on the issues of strategy, marketing, sales and operations.

Ece holds a BA degree from Boğaziçi Unıversity and an MBA degree in Strategy and Marketing from McDonough School of Business at the Georgetown University. She is fluent in English and German, and has basic knowledge of French and Italian.
